Reform the Mental Health Act

Reform the Mental Health Act

In Ireland today, people who are being treated in hospital for a mental health difficulty continue to have their human rights put at risk, as a result of the Mental Health Act, 2001.

Mental Health Reform is campaigning for an updated Mental Health Act.
