Invest In Hope

We are delighted to invite you to attend the launch of Mental Health Reform’s pre-budget campaign, Invest in Hope.

Mental health is often discussed in terms of statistics, waiting lists, and budget lines. Yet behind every number is a person who deserves timely, high-quality mental health supports. This year, our campaign asks a simple but urgent question: what would it mean to truly invest in hope?

Investing in hope means strengthening early intervention and prevention, expanding accessible community‑based services, and delivering robust crisis supports that enable recovery. With the implementation of the new Mental Health Act in 2027, increased and sustained investment will be essential to realising the full ambition of this landmark legislation.

Join us and hear from people with lived experience of mental health difficulties, sharing firsthand perspectives on the realities behind policy and investment decisions. Alongside them, speakers from across the mental health sector will outline clear, evidence-informed priorities for Budget 2027.

Join us and listen to impactful testimonies of hope from people with lived experience and academic and policy expertise.
