Dr Khalid Ahmed

Khalid Ahmed is a medical doctor and public health professional with over six years’ experience across health, humanitarian, and development organisations. He has worked with Oxfam, Global Health Partnership, and Save the Children, contributing to programme delivery, project management, medical coordination, and stakeholder engagement in complex and multidisciplinary settings. Khalid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from University of Hargeisa and a Master’s degree in Managing Health Services from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. His work focuses on health systems, partnerships, and evidence-informed approaches to supporting positive change in mental health policy and services.
