Corporate Services Officer

Kelsey is currently Mental Health Reform’s Corporate Services Officer, having joined the organisation in May 2026.

Prior to joining Mental Health Reform, Kelsey worked in Dublin-based law firms, including James Watters & Co. Solicitors and Abbey Law, where she focused on human rights and judicial review cases. Through this work, she developed a strong commitment to advocacy, access to justice, and ensuring that people’s voices are heard within systems that affect their lives.

Kelsey holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Central Florida, an LLB from the University of Limerick, and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Limerick. Her academic and professional background has fostered a particular interest in human rights advocacy, governance, and public policy. Passionate about mental health, Kelsey is proud to contribute to Mental Health Reform’s work to create a more inclusive and responsive mental health system in Ireland.
