Jennifer is a qualified accountant and Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She currently leads a specialist supported accommodation service for women experiencing homelessness, providing tailored programmes that address complex needs and support pathways to safe, sustainable independent living.

She brings significant expertise in financial governance, audit, compliance, risk management and long-term sustainability planning. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with Boards and senior leadership teams to strengthen financial oversight, enhance internal controls and align financial strategy with organisational mission and impact.
