Ciara Glynn

Ciara Glynn is a peer support worker and a member of the Mental Health Reform Board since 2023. She was part of the first cohort of graded peer support workers employed by the HSE in 2017, marking a significant step in the recognition of lived experience within mental health services. Ciara has worked for nearly seven years on a community mental health team, offering support grounded in empathy and recovery. Her role reflects a commitment to person-centred care and the integration of peer-led approaches within Ireland’s mental health system.
