Ciara Glynn
Ciara Glynn is a peer support worker and a member of the Mental Health Reform Board since 2023. She was part of the Advocacy, Community Mental Health, Service Innovation first cohort of graded peer support workers employed by the HSE in 2017, marking a significant step in the recognition of lived experience within mental health services. Ciara has worked for nearly seven years on a community mental health team, offering support grounded in empathy and recovery. Her role reflects a commitment to person-centred care and the integration of peer-led approaches within Ireland’s mental health system.
