Róisín Clarke is an experienced senior leader with over 20 years’ experience across the health, community and voluntary, advocacy and public policy sectors. She previously served as Interim CEO of Mental Health Reform from 2022 to 2023 and subsequently as CEO of the Irish Foster Care Association.

Across her career, Róisín has led national organisations, programmes and initiatives with a particular focus on strategic development, advocacy, organisational leadership and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Her experience spans Ireland and internationally, across healthcare, research, inclusion health and advocacy.

Róisín currently serves as Chair of the NIMC Reference Group for Sharing the Vision, Ireland’s national mental health policy, supporting the meaningful integration of lived and living experience in national policy implementation.
