Meet Louise

Dr. Louise Rooney is Mental Health Reform’s Policy and Research Manager and leads our workplace training programme. With over a decade of experience as a multidisciplinary social scientist, Louise brings deep expertise in mental health, inclusion, and public sector collaboration. A natural communicator and former lecturer at UCD, TUD, and Maynooth College, Louise delivers training that’s evidence-based, engaging, and deeply human.
