What We Offer
Disability Equality Training
Mental Health Reform hosts an online workshop to support employers in understanding their obligations in relation to the rights of people with mental health difficulties in the workplace.
This one-hour seminar will examine the evolution of mental health care in Ireland over the decades and the increased focus on recovery and human rights and employer responsibilities.
Our training helps create workplaces where mental health is understood, supported, and championed.
Want your workplace training to have even greater visibility and impact? Our tailored mental health workshops can be scheduled to coincide with national and international awareness days, amplifying your organisation’s commitment to wellbeing. Leverage the moment, spark powerful dialogue, and let your team know that mental health matters every day.
