The Independent Monitoring Group of A Vision for Change, the National Service Users Executive and Mental Health Reform cordially invite you to two consultation meetings on the implementation of government mental health policy to date.
The events will take place as follows:
Monday, 16th April 2012 in the Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick at 9:30 am.
Monday 30th April 2012 in the RDS, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 at 9:30 am.
The Independent Monitoring Group aims to take stock of service users’ views on implementation to inform this year’s report on the implementation of A Vision for Change.
The implementation of A Vision for Change has generally been described a tortuously slow with much progress still needed in order to achieve full implementation by 2016.
The meetings will provide a forum for honest debate on how far the mental health services have come since publication of A Vision for Change in 2006.
As numbers are limited, please confirm your attendance to either event by calling 01 612 1422 or by emailing rsvp@mentalhealthreform.combinedmedia.com.
*Please find the day’s agenda below.
We look forward to seeing you there.
